While we strive to provide thorough and efficient cleaning services, there may be limitations to what our services can achieve. These limitations may include the type of surface, condition of the surface, and any pre-existing damage. We will provide a reasonable assessment of the expected outcome but cannot guarantee specific results.

 

Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation

To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding your cleaning requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings at our discretion.

 

2.2 Pricing and Payments

The pricing for our services will be communicated to you during the booking process or as otherwise agreed upon. All payments must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit card payments, or bank transfers. Any additional costs incurred during the service, such as parking fees or additional cleaning requirements, will be communicated and added to the final invoice.

 

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or any other reasons beyond our control.

 

Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Access and Preparation

It is your responsibility to provide clear and safe access to the premises for our cleaning team. You must remove any valuable or fragile items from the areas to be cleaned. We will not be held liable for any damage caused to items that were not properly secured or removed.

 

3.2 Health and Safety

For the safety of our staff and to ensure the effectiveness of our services, it is important that you disclose any health and safety hazards or conditions that may be present in your premises. This includes but is not limited to the presence of hazardous materials, biohazards, or infestations.

 

Liability and Limitations

4.1 Property Damage

While we take great care during our cleaning processes, accidents may occur. We will not be held liable for any damage caused to your property, including but not limited to surfaces, fixtures, or personal belongings, unless it is due to our negligence.

 

4.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Steambull and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Steambull website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Steambull and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent.
